Mara went above and beyond a real estate broker. While prepping our house for sale, Mara recommended her handyman, permit connection and RE lawyer which simplified the entire process. During this period, we were kept aware of all offers and market conditions out of our control. Mara was always accessible and responsive to our inquiries. After we went to contract, Mara continued working, especially since we were out of state in the middle of winter. She made sure our house was shoveled after snowstorms and visited our home every few days to give us comfort that there were no problems. She facilitated the disposal of unwanted items, including CLEANING OUR REFRIGERATOR. We were very pleased from start to finish with Mara and strongly recommend her.
